I purchased 2 Mm orange from Reach10 last month. I was careless and lost a tiny screw securing the ledge to the case. Couldn't find it and I was pretty upset with my negligence. Called bro reach10 and he offered to fix it back for me at no charges But of course he mentioned that the screws ain't available locally and asked me to be careful with it as he has limited spare screws. haha Overall very pleased with the watch and impressed with the seller's after-service.

    Watch Rating: 5 / 5 *
    After Sales Services: 5 / 5*
    Customer Satisfaction: 10 / 5*

**Bro Reach, do remember to inform me when your 24mm rubber straps arrive ya? Intend to interchange it with the existing leather ones.**

Shld be able to la..i just went down to buy some strap changing tools just now.the ppl in there are very friendly.not stuck up.They even have a new pc of IWC Big Pilot for sale (not local set but full package) .i didnt buy the hole puncher but if they wanna charge you for punching a hole,i tink it is wise to go to your dealer n ask them to help u punch a hole.By right there shouldnt charge bit then again, the hole size may be diff. For me i won't mind that la,its up to u lo.

    Hi 67B,
I also own a MM which i bought from one of the bro in the forum. Recently i also bought a oem pam rubber strap and wanted to punch an additional hole slot as i have a small wrist. My question is do u think JW is able to provide this service with a charge? If yes, any advice on the charges?

Thanks - got it off ebay, with the low USD exchange rates.

47mm a bit big for my wrist, but goes great with a pair of blue / black jeans.

Now trying to get a set of black rubber straps.
