            ok, let me explain.

1: normal juicer is cheaper but the enzymes (vitamins) in the juice is destroyed by the heat (because it spin at high speed) and blades.

2: cold press juicer is much more ex but it spins at a much lower speed (low heat) and the pulp is very dry. so more juice and enzymes (vitamins) is not destroyed by the heat.

Cold press juicer would offer more health benefits in yr beverage by giving the juice all the enzymes found in fruits.
Blended juicer would kill all the enzyme in the juice hence taking alway the most important element found in fruits.
Of course eating it whole is the best. But I am making it a habit to have fresh juice every morning.
Now still using blender. Want to get a cold press machine.
                Anyone keen???

Wah!! I m glad there are keen interest here.

Of course eating the fruit is the best as the fibers are beneficial along with the live enzymes. However with cold pressed juice, u can mix a variety of fruits, to a receipe for detox, energy booster, immunity booster etc for yr needs and that effect is pretty amazing due to live enzymes. Eating all that fruit would make u bloated up. N juice would be a fraction of the volume.

I read that conventional juicer who have to stage to extract juice. 1) cut it to small bits, 2) spin it at high speed to extract juice. However, doing so would reduce significantly the amount of live enzymes. And the rotating cutting piece would generate temperature to kill enzymes. I read enzymes would be 'killed' at above 50 degrees.

Why I am keen to get it? Bcos I think it would be easier for my kid to drink juice with a mixture of 5 fruits than for them to eat it all up. Hahhaah
MO ah.... Let me go recee. I managed to get this Aussie fella but his bloody machine is >A$1,600+. Siow!!!!!!!!
I am looking around still. Will keep u all posted. I hope to find one in the range of less then. S$500 with at least 1 yr warranty. Also have to consider shipment lah.... Servicing support lah.... Etc
the good thing is, I can probably minimise freight to bring it in IF it is from a place where I import my goods for my business via container. So can tompang.

How who keen? My first aim of course is for my own use lah but if bros and sis here keen, I see if any sellers can export to us. I suppose it's also cheaper bah....

By the way hor... I am in Car Autoparts business. I dun hold any vested interest in this. Only interest is for my kids health. Ü

Its an Australian brand and there is a Singapore 1 yr warranty for it.... Pls list your sg-roc nick name / no. of machines you want to purchase if you are keen. Price should be < S$500.00
