can confirm not IS, because IS is one of my fav cars so i know for sure, but i somehow dont like the later IS200/300. I prefer the older version, also able to modify the car easier To be honest, I really prefer the older IS200, used to be a few in s'pore I wonder where they have all gone... Taichiong maybe? If my country allow me to import, I sure bring in IS200 and modify like hell. Then to racing on the freeway

but the new model hard to get in manual, not fun
that is why I still prefer to get the older version, it is actually fun to drive, and the manual gearbox can put in the car aftermarket if come to worse case scenario.

but auto also good in s'pore traffic jam otherwise you going to get a sore left leg, but when come to m'sia, all hell break loose . Having said that, I think nowadays the tiptronic also not bad. I use volvo and merc tiptronic, and quite accurate shifting and fun to drive, minus the clutch

2 yrs wth! My brother is same age as you, and he already pass the practical test now waiting to go for the computer test and can drive on own already.
