                              was in tuas in the morning, heavy rain... i observe the water flow on the walk way/ pavement and to drain cover... wow... during down pour, alot of leaves got trap on the cover. i look inside the drain, it's deep, think more thn a man's ht... but not really full......but walkway couple of inches of water.. rain water unable to drain fast enough cos of leaves.
