Not sure about Sincere but last weekend I went to Kuala Lumpur Twin Tower aka KLCC, I happened to pass by this shop call Emotus. shocked to see they have quite a number of branded watch with big discount. Asked the sales girl if it's preown, she said all are brand new but only 1 unit each. Ended up getting a Fendi watch for my wife, 50% discount I saw Longines too but not sure if your model is there. Anyway if you are heading to K.L, can drop by to have a look.

I saw plenty of Tag Heuer watches but dunno if there's discount, think I saw Breitling too. Why don't you give a call from the link above, sorry can't help much.
