currently it is not likely to be within studio environment.

could be @ starbucks or something. trying to find a suitable location with minimum cost. the use of equipment and its availability will depend

the purpose of this thread is to see if there are enough people who wants to sign up and how much willing to pay.

i appreciate your feedback so that with the number of people and price willing to pay, i can discuss with the photographer(s). if not i dont have possible number of interested members and no price estimate.

the variables are too many - location, number of participants, availability of additional equipment, post photo editing techniques, etc. do understand that this is more like a tailored 'workshop'

that is why now i need to find out

    1) interested - yes/no
    2) budget - 30/60/100 or something like that.

this is my first time attempting to organize such an event and there is a steep learning curve. as such i appreciate you being patient with me.

can have more details? like studio setting? outdoor? indoor with basic reflectors, lights which is suitable for amateurs to set up?

as im still sourcing for location, so price may vary depending on location. if there is a club's meeting room it can be on a higher side compared to just a quieter location that can accommodate a small group.

i agree that it would easier if price is stated. will try to source asap and update

    Watch Photography Course

SG-ROC is considering a watch photography clinic for members here.

There will be a course 'fee', however the amount cannot be determined as of now as it depends on interests shown.

There will be a limited sign-up. 8 to a group.

You may turn up without a camera, but fee has to be paid.

Duration is probably about 3 hours.

Day of instruction - weekend. location TBC but will be central enough.

Please indicate who are interested to join and the fee you willing to pay. Priority will be given to those who indicate the fees that is close to amount to be paid eventually.

if the calculated cost is 35, this would mean if i indicate that i willing to pay 20 while another member indicated 25. the slot will be given to the other member.

Fees is to cover venue booking and a small token sum to instructor.
