yday I went to two of Cortina's outlet - Paragon and Raffles City (even though I read so many bad reviews of Cortina I walked in in my Uniqlo Tee shirt and cheapo watch...hehe). not very impressed with the paragon branch SA. But the Raffles City SA was good. shown me a lot of options. I left my name on his waiting list. let's see if he calls me

The branch at millenia walk service ok (i went 2 times, never made any purchase, the sale chap was very patient and suggested brand and type of watches that suit my taste n roughly my budget).

The best service so far from the big 3, i would said is HG.
Yes, so far HG provide good services, over at ICON & Taka both service good!

Hahahaha .... Bro, I fit the type of sloppily dressed with very very shallow pockets .... so hard to attract any attention from you ....

Looks like the next time to get more tender loving care from the SAs, I will bring a fully loaded wallet then "accidentally" drop on the floor to show my buying power kekekeke

Juz joking lah .... It is just human nature to judge people by their appearances ....

Have to agree with the bros that most SAs do scan their customers especially the watches the potential customer wear - to assess how much attention (service) to provide to a walk in customer .... When I walked into one of the ADs with an intention to buy my first rolex (dressed in t shirt and berms with a casio g shock dangling on my wrist), I got zero attention hehehe ..... So when I returned the next day in my office wear, I witnessed a complete turn around in the level of service .... Immediately I was invited to sit down and offered hot tea .... The SAs were laughing at every joke I made and commented that a rolex would provide the extra bling bling effect at the workplace and social gatherings .... End of the day, I bought my rolex and left the store with a deep impression that appearance does play a part (unfortunately but true)....

So far, I've only heard that no matter where you go, the discount is given strictly at only 10% for all ss (stainless steel) and tt (two tone) models. Only the full precious metals models are given 15% discount. Let the other members (those with much better lobangs) come in to help you.

    Good luck!

Different people, different experience. Some say cortina sucks, then some said good. One ear in, one ear out. Experience yourself to seek the truth. Everyone has it days.
