Congrats. It's the phase you must get thru. Surprisingly, after the first one, you feel more relax wearing the watch but yet won't knock it easily. That means the watch has been initiated.

I did it on my AP Scuba against the metal rails inside a threater on it's maiden wear. Blame myself for being so careful along the way there that I was nearly late and the lights had dimmed, so when I swung my hand, heard kong! Think the whole threater also heard.

Haha, don't say my league lah...I'm just average joe more prone to impulsive buying than most, can't compare to the real high-flyers ordering HW Opus (hehe, no offence intended to Bro Kenlinliu)

As long as you're happy with your semi-grail, I'll be happy for you too! Actually, that's a good collecting strategy you have...having several 'milestone grails' to sign-post the collection journey until getting the ultimate grail is also pleasing.
