I'm rather amazed that with your very short history (Nov 2011?) of trading in this forum, you can come across so many "questions". Simply amazing . Though I agree with one/two of those questions you raised 'weird', most, I think are not illogical. Whether you like it or not, when you are selling in an online platform, for whatever items they are, there are bound to have questions thrown at you. To me, as long as the questions are directed at the item(s) and not irrelevant to its sale, I'm fine. Do note that not everyone are equally knowledgeable and au fait. Some may just be starters/beginners. A little patience go a long way.

Do pardon me if I may have mistaken you to be another watch lover/hobbyist, like me. I have to clarify that I am not a watch dealer/PI of any sort and I buy-sell watches as my hobby, well sometimes helping some close friends too. So I may not feel as deeply affected as a professional watch dealer/seller.

    Tx.
You be amazed is true bro, so far from *** and sg-roc my posts already have thousand viewers. Everyday or any time of the day this forum easily have viewers by the thousands too.
I believe only when you sell watches cheap or your watches are rare find and exotic then you bound to have many sms enquiries
To be exact i have received more than 100 sms for these few watches that i sell already. The amazing power of this forum SG-ROC and the numbers of watch lovers here locally.

If the watch you are selling is high then you probably won't even receive a single sms entire day.

Morale of the story of this thread is better to have callers then no callers so guys feel free to bomb me with more weird questions...

agree. asking questions is fine. even "idiotic" questions i entertain because not everyone know what they are buying or know how to use google/search function.

For me as long the questions asked are related to the item or watch that i am selling i dun really mind to answer them...

Not all potiential buyers are seasoned collectors or experts...

Afterall i am a newbie once...and still learning many new things about watches from all kind bros n sisters here...

    My 2 cents of opinions

Correct bro... assuming i'm selling a watch for 10K, buyer ask for best price, i give 9k and the buyer request $8950. Since i already give my best that's my best at $9k. Buyer back out of deal over $50.

So far I have only come across no.7 as a seller. And I have to admit that, due to that, I have also started to avoid 4 in the serial no. when I buy a PAM since history says that I would most probably going to flip it quite quickily

As for no.6, there is one quite well-known 4-letter word member who goes around super-lowballing people. Not sure if you had encountered the same person
