I doubt so, since there's no real agreement, doubt it is recognized in terms of law.
I don't know how to put it, as I am in the field of laws, but I doubt it is recognized as a real sale. Maybe only possible to fight if goods sold was fake when it was advertised as original? In which case, it's more like cheating?

Thanks for the input guys. I once signed kinda declaration form putting my name & nric for a buyer stating the pam I sold is original and not faulty. so if this buyer comes back within 6 mths & claimed the watch i sold is faulty or damage. is the "lemon law" enforce on this kind of claim? I can't find any guidelines on this kind of agreement so I guess is between the seller & buyer to resolve on their own rite?
