yet to try hk . not too sure abt HK pricing, u know ??

now frequent jp, so base on their prices. but so far, after some calculation:
eg. subbie, SD, exp2, can save abt 18% to 30% from spore list.

i thnk mainly due to the following:
1. sg AD dont give much discount off sport model.
2. 7% GST ( buy overseas got tax refund or no tax).
3. exchange rate.
( their list price is acutally slightly lower thn spore, i think due to exchange gain & tax )

Think singapore no longer provide good prices leow. i tried dickson at paragon, offer me a sub 16610 at $7900; $31 off; i ended up buying a brand new pc from a bro here at 1k less

service important, but so are prices; i usually try not to walk into a rolex AD in singapore, cos too much hassle.

Got my 16610LV at 8.1k nett overseas ( at list after tax refund _ bought it at dept store, if given the time, i think i should be able to shop & ask for discount, should get it abt S$7700 ). For my next trip will eye one of the following: SD ( S$5720nett ), and Exp2 ( S$5050 nett ). Given the above pricing, alot of savings.

not trying to pour some cold water, given the opportunity/ time/ chance, shop overseas...

That guy really super service oriented... He gave me one of his personel Anchor when i bought the LV sub from him. Collected the anchor from him yesterday when he reminded me to come down get.

I told him people can get GMT 2c for list price. He say now diff for him to really match price but will call me once he can do so.

No balls run, go down and try him out. Wont regret. The price he gave me for the LV sub also i cannot say no.
