Tips for driving to Malaysia shopping centers

Hi,

Not sure whether this has been asked.

I plan to drive to JPO (Johor Premium Outlets). Any other nearest shopping center around the area? Heard there was a Jusco Mall in JB? Any other good shopping centers? Can anyone advise? And how to drive? Thanks

Premium outlet is very far away from everything.

Other shopping centers in jb town area are KSL, City Square. Duno how to explain here. Perhaps ask the gas station ppl.

Heard its pretty crap btw. Friends went there expecting to browse for 3 hours but finished everything in under an hour...

You mean the JPO? Heard from my friends it's getting better now...queue is shorter, and less crowded. But heard the discounts are so-so. So intend to drive up and see see look look. hehe

KSL City.. the newer shopping centre at JB town.. it's at Pelangi side.. v near Holiday Plaza..

All the shopping centres have their own sheltered car park, so no problem parking.. & there are lots of SG cars there too..

What's KSL? I know City Square. Where can I park?

Interested to see the premium outlets there too. Not expecting good offers thought.

So far JB I only go to city square and jusco. I use GPS to navigate in Malaysia .

KSL is a big building opposite holiday plaza. U should able to see the word KSL on the wall of its huge building when u drive from Jb custom to the north south highway. Its on ur left.

I dun like city square, think the surrounding too conplicated.

Usually i drop wife to holiday plaza for massage and mani/pedi with friends while i go watch movie alone at pelangi leisure mall(giant below cinema), top it off with tesco along pasir gudang highway. Only go KSL when need to shop.

Ohya, JPO. Went there 2 mths ago i thinj. Not much there, items on 30-50% discount r high end stuff still cost >sgd1k after disc. Really just walk walk n pay rm3 parking fee, haha

Go autobacs get a gps less than $100, can save time n wrong trip. Park at any shopping area, dont get parking summon that will cause your extra trip to make payment. Spend some, save some...
