    For me, I will always think watches is not only for time, but a powerful piece of gadget for self esteem ego. Provided, there are people who can share your passion and that can make you feel on the air, just my 2 cents.

    True with today's technology, nothing beats the phone in telling the most accurate time. That is why I always insist on mechanical watch and not digital. I am very fascinated by the moving mechanism, especially auto watches.

    It is an art piece and I love to pass them on to my next generations. I do hope they will appreciate them.

    Yes I need a watch, Im not sure if there are weirdos like me.
    I have a watch for time
    iphone just to sms, call
    mp3 jus to listen music
    alarm clock for alarm
    computer for games etc etc
    Actually I can just use my iphone for all stated above : )

    I felt that indeed mobile phone had became a substitue for watch. However, watches are more symbolic and could have more meaning and history than a phone. Thus, watches will remain for good.

    I am always amused by the way mechanical movements are engineered and turned into a fine piece of art. And very accurate too. A really classic precision engineering.
