This is generally valid if one has to self finance trip and no networking with wholesale/retail supply chain of the watch industry.

If its a sponsored trip , e.g. biz trip then it's ok I guess. If going eith the sole intention of shopping for a watch then not really worth it unless you're a reseller. But if going with mistress, or with gf on Eca then also not a good idea cos you'll need to buy something for them too. Hahaha
