Treated watches like accessories and only know of quartz watches like Gshock previously. Until my grandfather showed me his full gold daydate Titoni and Seiko. That got me interested in mechanical watches. Started saving up for my first automatic watch which is a Tag Heuer Aquaracer Wan2111. Recently bought my first Rolex 116710LN which led me to join this forum

Interesting.. I started this hobby late (thankfully) and bought myself a Tag Heuer (auto) before "all hell broke loose"

Almost all watches that I used to own looked very much nicer on other people's wrists

And I miss every watch that I sold away
