Just came back from the sales. There is no need for invitation cards. But the queue is long and it is very crowded inside. Hardly got space to walk and see.

Hey thanks, manage to get my friend in. I try to avoid the lunchtime crowd. Was there at about 3.30pm. Not so crowded, can walk around and see watches.

Was suprised to see former TCS actress Irene Gan there . She's serving behind the cartier counter. Is she a sales rep? Anyone bought watches from her? Maybe she only serve VVIP

different people will have different views. so my suggestion is that you visit one of these sales so that you know roughly what kind of watches are there. if you see something you like, you can pick up @ a fraction of its list price. else just forget about it in future.

for me, i go and see what pieces they offer. sometimes u may be able to pick up a bargain. if u go, at least u know there is any pieces u fancy. if you dont go, u might ask urself what if i had went....

take for example, there is a glashutte perpetual calendar in ss going @ ~19k. which is cheaper than the current model. so if you have been eyeing for a glashutte perpetual calendar and do not mind it being a 'older' model. it is considered a 'bargain' in some ways.

there is also the anonimo zulu time. was quoted ~4k about 3 months back. now it is under 4k. it is a savings of about 500.

anyway, i feel that their movements is small and in order to house the movements into their housing, they make use of a holder. so basically it is like buying 'italian' air. a few of my friends have agreed with me that it is not worth to pay so much for this brand.
