For me, it was a Rolex Submariner back in 1998 which i still wear until today.
In fact , am wearing it right now. Its my thrash around home wear watch.
Prior to that i already had an Omega Speedmaster Classic but it was a gift so not counted in this case.

Bought it in Melbourne Australia during my first overseas trip fully paid by my own salary in 2000 (Right after Olympic).

Love it then. Only too realize it was very heavy watch to be your daily beater after 2 years wearing it.

I bought my first tag 2000 series with my first pay cheque , and worn it for 10 years followed by another tag kirim , then finally my Rolex explorer, but I think the tag is well worth the money spent as they are still working well with me for almost 20 plus years now heheh , so it is worth buying slightly more ex watches as it last 20 over years
