    Holland Village
    Bukit Timah
    Adam Road

All near my place and food is good.

Newton is overpriced but food is still good and I like the lively and buzzy atmosphere in the evening. Will only go there in a group.

Further afield is Zion Road which I usually order char kuay teow and chai tow kuay there.
