Totally agree, the queue damn long other than toa payoh hub. The rojak at clementi central coffeeshop nearest NTUC is also good

Let me introduce one more stall. It is at the coffee shop next to Sin Ming Secondary school at Hougang Ave 8.

I reckoned the long queue was always due to the slow-paced of the owners.
