          tried the one at Ghim Moh, very good!! but the wiating time is long esp. weekend.....................happy eating bros!

            the best i had is from kl in pj, restaurant under unquie seafood.

            in sg, i thin the jin-san-lin coffeeshop off kitchener road, beside the 7-11 (in front of mustafa) have this dish.

            happy searchin for good food

              tats Master Crab.............therir signature is salted egg crab, in singapore tink they are closer to JB/KL standard where i first encounter this version

              anyhow, they hav branches in punggol and ghim moh.......

                Lei Garden does a very good salted egg prawns so my guess is that they can likewise do a salted egg crab.

                      Wow! Most tempting! I must say that most seafood coupled with salted egg yolk will be delicious, but also cholesterol ridden.
