The Ghim Moh one is my favourite, possibly due to the fact that I have had it since I was a little boy, so my tastebud grew with it...

The stall at Hougang Ave 1 (Lorong Ah Soo) market, 2nd level.
Do not mistake as though they have many customers as their service is quite slow most probably to impress other stalls that they also have long queue of customers.

"Bedok Chwee Kuay" has an outlet at Clementi Hawker centre. I simply love their cai po imho it's better than Tiong Bahru Chwee Kuay

I recommend west coast hawker centre one. Directly opposite west coast plaza. But the uncle a bit one kind, bochap u when u order (but he takes note). haha. edit: i posted wrongly this is for cha kway teow. but u can try
