About $150 for a free flow champagne brunch. Good selection of food and of course, enjoy spamming the champagne

Triple 3 at mandarin hotel is pretty good. Can go try when they have promos. Example like one for one which they used to have.

Zenden Jap buffet

Highly recommended Zenden restaurant at Gallery hotel. Food was fresh, area was well maintained and cleaned.
The Japanese and local buffet was good.
Snow crabs, sashimi and local cuisine plus deserts, fruits, ice creams, free flow of drinks was simple but ample.

$33++ and currently have a 1 + 1 promotions by all major credit cards so each pay under $20. includes eve and holidays.
This must be the cheapest Jap buffet in Singapore
