IMO best buffet is the sunday champagne brunch in at 333 Mandarin Orchard hotel. Now i usually dine at Marriott using Amex card got 1 for 1.

The line is definitely a must try but if you want something that is more classy, can try Brasserie Les Saveurs at St. Regis. It's a half buffet so you have choice of one main course and a smaller buffet spread that includes appetizers and desserts and soups. Ambiance is definitely very classy when I last visited

the edge at Pan Pac singapore - love the champagne brunch. A bit pricey, $160++ but got it for free from pan pac hotel

Nice selection of food + constant refill of champagne .. drink until you gong gong
