The singapore todai is not that bad for the price , good ambience as well

For a fairly good spread, the International Buffet at Raffles City. The Japanese selection is quite awesome...

Changi Village Hotel serves very good local buffet. They got bbq also. And most of all not so crowded.

The Line is my fav too. Fat lobsters, a rainbow of dessert selections, chic ambience.... Can't go wrong with this one.
