I guess you can try "The Line" at shangri-la. I guess they have the most comprehensive selection and go on nights with seafood....thats even better. Eat until faint. Next would be "The Melt". Either or these will do.

Its definitely has to be Cafe 2000 at M hotel. Best buffet I had. They got 1 for 1 promotion if you are a member.

Carousel@Holiday Inn Plaza on Scotts Rd, it's abit ex but the spread is gd & halal. For budget wise, Claymore@10 Pan Pacific Orchard behind Orchard Towers is pretty gd too with boston lobsters!
