Abalone sashimi DAMN ex leh !
Ate only once at a Japanese restn in Fort Canning, Hibiki....know the Japanese Chef there, Tommy Ueda San.
Had a fresh abalone air flown from Japan, slice and serve....Heavenly......Of Course the bill was Hell. !!!
Still remember the taste.....aaaahhh.....drool...
