Pretty decent...but I prefer Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese dining at MBS, though the location and the name sounds expensive, it's about market pricing.

Theres a Swatow Dimsum @ toa payoh. They do it old style with push carts just like Red Star. quite cheap with many varieties

There is this new dim sum place along Upper Serangoon Road.. Just opposite the Lim Ah Pin Post office.. Anyone tried before?
