                  consider the royal china at the raffles hotel too. great value considering the service, food quality and ambience.

                            Pretty decent...but I prefer Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese dining at MBS, though the location and the name sounds expensive, it's about market pricing.

                            • Theres a Swatow Dimsum @ toa payoh. They do it old style with push carts just like Red Star. quite cheap with many varieties
