used to be near my place, then they shifted here and there, finally settling at the location as above.

Changi City Point has many food outlet. IMO Kou Fu on 2nd floor has some good food. Chai Chee BCM, Indian tandoori.
Used to have Hougang Char Kuay Teow and Oyster omelette, but store closed already.
