I used to live in HCMC, but don't know of any 2nd hand watch shops there. 1st hand pieces cost much more than in SG due to luxury import taxes.

Been there 2 weeks ago. Due to the import taxes the prices of brand new luxury watches are really high. Would say 15 to 20 percent higher than Singapore.

If you like coffe Saigon is coffe heaven and you can bring some really good beans back home. Personally I don't during coffe but my wife loves it.

I bough few Tin Tin comic books. Could not buy them for years in Europe but suprisingly plenty of them in Saigon.

U need to offer 40% of their original asking price if you are in Ben Thanh or Fa Ngu Lao. Else u will get riped.

For Rolex dun bother cos their taxes are high. Many documents to write to get tax refund. And the officer usually will ask for money.

At night the beauties will be out. Go wechat and u can pratically date them but with a price. Of cos cheaper than social escorts fees
