Eric having! I am going to agree with above member. You should explore one beach on your holidays for spending pondering time there. I am sure you will enjoy lots of fun there. I also want to know about that beach which you want to explore.

Seems that you have a great kind of experience on Mamai beach. If this is really so this very good and will like to say that it's my dream to have fun there with friends. The sad thing is that they all are busyy in their own lives.

Yeah, I have spent my holiday on beaches. I really like the Hawaii beaches because Hawaii beaches are best for enjoying the holidays. But the Mamai beach is my favorite beach which I want to explore again and again. I really like the atmosphere of this beach.

I am going to say that you both of you shared great stuff about the Maldives here. In fact, I have no idea about many things of this destination which I come to know through your posts. I appreciate both of you on your effort and must say that keep sharing guys in this way.

Been to many beaches like Bali, phuket, borocay, Maldives, Sanya, pataya but the one I like most is el nino. Beautiful place with nice people and good food. Many activities as well

I think beaches make excellent holiday venues. Absolutely relaxing and you get to lay back and forget about the bustling city life that we're all so accustomed to...

Some of my favorite beach venues include:

Koh Samui. Been there a few times mostly hang around at Chaweng or Lamai beaches. IMO, beach wise, this is better than phuket. But phuket has got a more interesting night life... The sand is white and fine. The water is clear and you can literally see fish swimming pass your legs when you immerse your feet into the seawater... Recommended resorts are Briza, Santiburi and Chaweng Regent.

Phuket. Been there many times. Phuket is the largest island in Thailand. All this time, stayed mostly in Patong area except once when stayed at Banyan Tree at Bang Tao Bay. Night life is extremely interesting and there're plenty of discos and ah go gos. haha. Recommended resorts are Novotel, Banyan Tree (best for short honeymoon or romance ) and Amanpuri. Oh Ya, pls try out the award winning Thai restaurant Ba Rim Pa near the end of Patong beach also. The food is superb and the ambience is unbeatable

Maldives. Been there only once after marriage. Stayed at Club Med. Beach is awesome and you feel like you're in another world. Perfect waters for diving and underwater adventures. One of the most ideal short honeymoon locations. But mind you, things are quite expensive there and I spent close to $15K for a short 7D trip...

The rest who have interesting beaches or stories to tell, pls add on to this thread
I heard a lot of Maldive but I have no change to come here.

just came back from club med maldives, ambience overall is amazing. All inclusive also puts your mind completely at ease when it comes to food and alcohol. BUT, the rooms were disappointingly old and dark. Mind you I was staying in the 5 trident villas, which was supposed to be the top tier there. Other than that, i'll probably be back to the maldives, but not club med kani.
