Try Prince Oliver Collection on the 2nd flr at Amarin Plaza. Well connected via BTS covered walkway from Chitlom to Siam. Had a Suit and 2 shirts done for $250. Got 2 free ties as well.

any one have recommendation of good tailor aroudn bangkok, near Siam Paragon

Not sure abit Siam area but I know there are a few tailor boutique at terminal 21 area, just along the road.. Not bad quality as my friend had tailor made his cloth there before.
