Seriously, is it worth to buy overseas (pay upfront) & painstakingly wait for so long, as well as the "ding dong" emails? You judge.
Reasons:
Stock problem that's why send wrongly ==> I thought all straps has its code number?
Double check before sending replacement ==> Really?
1. 30Dec2013 - Strap ordered.
2. 31Dec2013 - Was informed item shipped.
3. 07Jan2014 - Emailed no response.
4. 10Jan2014 - Kain replied email & item received same day ~~ amazingly, wrong color.
5. 10Jan2014 - Kain promised to resend ASAP.
6. 11Jan2014 - Me to ship back the strap, cost I pay upfront to be reimbursed later.
7. 11Jan2014 - Promised replacement strap to ship to me on 13Jan2014.
8. 13Jan2014 - Delayed replacement strap to ship on 14Jan2014.
