alamak...$200 is already very cheap since it retails at $250 min locally.

I'm prepared to keep the watch and contribute $200 to the funds if there're no bid above $200. Don't want to spoil the market

I think can let the sponsor decide. 25% of $500 is $125 but 25% of $10 is only $2.50. So really gotta depend on what the item is and how comfortable the sponsor is

personally i feel that since it is for charity purpose, these people who offer lower pricing is just trying to get a bargain.

im more inclined to tell them if you want to do your bit for charity, then do it. else dont bother.
