Guess you are right, Brokenvow. Sometimes, we buy things with our hearts & if I wanna get a watch that has good resale value, then maybe I should just stick to Rolex, which to me is too common! Yes, I saw the S$3900 one but it was white face with some brown & I am looking for a blue one. Perhaps, buying a watch is going by the heart! Thanks & have a great week.I rather push my Alfa Romeo than drive a BMW

if u feel u wont sell it in future, then go ahead.
don think we should buy watches cos of resale value alone. since you don like Rolex, then should go ahead with other brands. Else u can sell at almost buying price, but don like the watch, then also defeats the purpose.I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch.........

You know EXX, I have already made up my mind to get a Corum (new or pre-owned) just that I needed some push from the experts here lah; sort of like a re-confirmation! Thanks for the advice & yes, I should just follow my heart cos it will be worn on my wrist & if I dont like it, it will just gather dust on my winder.Originally posted by exxondus View Postif u feel u wont sell it in future, then go ahead.

i hope you find the corum that calls out to you!
trust ur heart! getting a watch that is sellable in the future is just a bonus. most importantly is wearing the one that you love, and whatever others say about it, u're still proud that you have chosen that particular piece.
go for it!
i actually like the while dial with black markers...very ghostly!
remember to share your watch pics when u get it!humblequartz&mechs:
