Yes, it's still there. But I can't get anyone to answer when I called to check if they do verification.

            Finally managed to call thru.

Bad news... They don't do verification. Plus they're rather shorthanded currently...

Tried calling awhile back. Now for verification they need to send back to IWC as there is no qualified person avail to do it. Down time about 2 months estimated.

Well, you can try one trick of getting the iwc servicing quotation from richemont service. It was shared by a bro here.

If your watch is still within warranty period, you can give the excuse that it is running fast/slow and need them to calibrate for you. If they take in your watch, then you can assume its authentic.

I am trying to look for a preowned IWC that still has warranty on it. So that I can send it for testing in the service center for the accuracy of the watch and it also saves me on the verification. Thanks for the info !

send to local singapore richemont office = 2-3 months
send to schaffhausen = 6-8 months.

You may approach Top Hour (Lucky Plaza) or JWWatch (Int'l Plaza). They do it for a fee.
