  • Mickey, you need a pin-like tool to push in from the end the arrows are indicated. Doing so, you will remove a small hollow cylinder and allow the pin to fall out the other side. Sorry, I've no idea what the actual technical terms are for these parts...

                          • Thank you all for the reply on how to remove the pins and also Hary on the purchase of your nice strap for the samurai.

                            Only think now is that I need to buy a "watch tool" or "tooth pick" tool to remove the pins. (I only have the "y" tool for strap changing)

                            Any idea where to get and how much will one cost?
