WIll like to check does Franck Muller Perpetual Calender watch comes with inhouse movement like IWC 's perpetual calender?

If I'm not wrong, a watch collector told me CVSTOS does that movement - (Franck Muller's perpetual), but CVSTOS is also related to them, we can consider that in-house right ?
