  • Oris Regulator Diver watch

    Hi all Oris watch expert.

    Needs some advise.

Wanted to buy a preowned Oris regulator diver watch from a forumer but notice some difference in the viewed watch as opposed to the pic from the oris.ch website. (Left pic from website / Right pic from seller)

I had taken pic of the viewed watch and put side-by-side from the oris.ch pic.

I was told its a limited edition and it has the full package / papers.

*i dont want to frame anyone , just want to check for expert view on the difference.

Question : (pls see below pic)
    1) is it really a limited edition ?
    2) or its just a replica ?
    3) seems to have some difference looks.

Expert pls comment. (Left pic from website / Right pic from seller)

I'm not an oris expert here but the basic requirement to buy a watch in this manner, is to at least do a verification (to find out officially if the watch is real), if you are not sure. I found this for you:

    Good luck!

No prob. You are sharp enough to find this out before you made a commitment and I think it sets a very good example for us here. Let's hope it turns out well for you, and do keep us posted.

Looks real to me. The official website's photos are not live shots, just photoshopped images, probably done before the actual watch was even produced.
