  • Warranty expiring soon

    hi guys,

My pilot watch is coming to 2 years old and warranty will expire soon. Is it possible to sent in for a full service while still under warranty? will it be cover by the warranty? Do I have to complain about "something" or can just ask them to service it under warranty? Kum Xia in advance

    Regards

Speaking from my personal experience. You can bring it in to richemonte. Whether to service it during the warranty period is their discretion. If they deem that it's necessary to do so, they will do it for you FOC. If, after the tech has insoected and deem that it does not need to be serviced, they will not do it. But if you insist on having it serviced, you'll have to pay for it.
I don't have enuf watches but I will stop buying now!
