The accuracy measurement you also need to consider the amount of power reserve left in the watch, as the power reserve drop the watch slow down. The way you rest the watch, face up or on its side.

And also, this is not the only watch I have. If my measurement is not correct, then why other brands I have do not have similar issue as they are all assessed by the same methods (on winder & when worned)?

It seem u are very upset about the accuracy in the timing, Pls bring your watch to our service centre and let my technician monitor at the same time explain to you. I am not good in this area to advice you. I believe no brands has ever explain to you how to really measure timing, so let my techician help u.
