Bro. Trust you to spot the GS among the thousands at Shanghai airport. Really nice to meet a fellow bro there. Cheers.

You are a person with good taste cos no one else even took a longer look at my watch the whole week I was there.

owned a GS briefly and I must say the finishing and movements are outstanding compared to omega, breitling, IWC and even rolex. if you're one person into mainstream swiss brands because of brand familiarity or worried about resale value (if you frequently compare GS against Rolex/Pam), then GS will not be in your list. but if you're someone looking for something unique, understated and bang for your bucks for a very high quality watch...then GS fits the bill perfectly. just fyi, GS typically costs over $9K-10K list price if i'm not mistaken

although I just sold my GS to fund a new toy (i'm selling 4 watches and GS is the most reluctant one amongst them), i'm looking forward to another opportunity to own a piece that catches my eye again.

it's worth every penny. check it out while you're shopping, be a little adventurous and try it out at their boutiques.

I remember it will set u back by at least a few K for entry level. You have to see the watch for yrself especially those with see-through case back. But I still think it a bit overprice... It something like swiss swatch and breguet analogy->mass produce quartz to high end finishing mechanical if you ask me. That being said, swatch Gp brands mechanical watches are all overprice too. ( jus my 2$)

I think GS lacks in the facade design.
