Get the Speedmaster professional moonwatch. If you want to buy an Omega, it will definitely have to be a Speedmaster.
It is what Omega is famous for. It is an icon, a legend. If you want to get a diver's watch, then no point buying Omega Seamaster PO,
you will have to go for a Rolex Submariner. That is Rolex own iconic watch. Not the PO. Hope this can help you decide.

In any distilled collection, there has to be one Speedmaster pro moonwatch, and 1 sub, even if it means just having these 2 only. Throw in a JLC reverso or an AP RO if you have spare cash.

As to which model, I'm not a believer of following what other people see as popular or iconic.
To me, get a watch YOU like, not what others like.

Believe the new Seamaster PO retails at $8100 before discount.

I check the price for sea master PO with black bezel is 8100 and for orange bezel is 7800

Bros/Sis, am tinkin of getting the James Bond 007 limited edition Seamaster which has a RRP S$6500 (guys) & RRP S$6700 (gals) b4 the usual AD 8% disc. Any advice from all on this??? Thanks heaps in adv!

Bro I don't think there is a discount on limited edition models across all ADs. However there are sellers on the forum if you can pay cash. Probably savings of at least $700.
