I just walked in to the boutique and the sales person just did it for me with no questions asked...fantastic service by Omega

Yes, just walk in to Boutique with your Omega. They will promptly do it for you FOC. I just done mine 2 months back .

I changed mine recently at Orchard ION branch and they requested for the warranty card (which I brought, just in case). Nonetheless, the service was good.

Is it possible to adjust just by providing the watch only ?

Sure. It's not a problem at all unless you want to add additional links. I'm not sure if the AD will charge for that.
