My guess is that the new models will hit the stores soon after their exhibition of the P9000 models in Singapore. But then, most of them are already spoken for....

So before you commit, just take a few hours/days looking thru past postings & judge for yourself. It could be getting a Pam 112 from a private dealer, from a pre-owned shop or even the usual authorised dealers along Orchard Rd. People could give you plenty of advice here & there but end of the day, it's still yourself that need to fork out the money & if you dont really like the watch then perhaps, you shouldnt buy it at all. It will just end up in the dresing table drawer collecting dust.
I believed buying watches is like playing mahjong, you need to lose a little to gain that knowledge & know-how before you open your wallet & give the guy those few thousands dollars for a time piece. Sometimes, just ask yourself what you like in a watch; is it the see-thru back, is it the large date, is it fashionable as your love-rival is wearing that brand or is it you want do some small investment. Those things are important as that will determine the watch you are gonna buy & dont be implusive cos when you rush, you might not end up with the watch you want/like or worse, ending up with a watch that exceeds your budget.
It's just my 2cts worth of exerience in watch collecting; hope I didnt pissed any good folks off. BTW, sometimes how the shopkeeper treats you depends largely on how you greet him too!!
