I get what you mean. But maybe they have an additional rubber seal or something to compensate?

    A Burning question...

Hi all, I'm have been experiencing this issue with my P9000. Please help me out here to see if I'm just paranoid or there really is a problem with the movement.

After days of leaving the watch untouched, it stops working. Normally, i would be able to kick start this movement with 20-25 maunaul winds as I was taught for my pam312L. Some how with the 305, the second hands will not move after 25 winds. And only after a gentle shake of the watch will I be able to "kick start" the second hands or I'll have to unlock the lever and pull and push in the crown again before being able to get the second hands to move.

Another problem is after winding and setting the time, upon closing the crown and bridge, the watch stops working (and this is after a good 20-25windings). I'll have to go back to the first method to try to get the second hands moving before setting time again.

I've sent it back to richmont a few times already only to have them tell me the watch is working fine. But how to reconcile the difference as my 312 only needs 20 winds to start the manual wind and set time. This has caused great distress seeing how both P9000s behave differently. Is this normal for the 305 users?
