Hi k1w1,
I'm not sure this place do verification or not but no harm asking the Rolex Namsawang at Pinklao near PATA department store.
Again I don't know much about Rolex but just some info which hopefully can help.
Apologise if I'd given you any wrong or invalid information.
Regards.
I have a deal coming up and want to verify the watch first. As I am in Thailand can anybody tell me where I can have the watch verified in Bangkok.I know there is an AD in Paragon but when I was there they only have sales people and they werent that knowledgable IMO.Appreciate an info.
I had sent my jaeger to Richemont for servicing a few weeks ago and they called me to say that it could be ready for collection on 26/12/08. So, they should be open full day that day. Their no. is 63172588. Better call now as they could be on half day today.
A cheaper way to do it is to bring the watch to Richemont and ask them if servicing is necessary (you may add that the watch is running a bit slow). They will get their technicians to open up the watch and see if any parts are worn out or if it requires lubrication, gasket changes, change of rusty cannon pin, etc etc. Once it comes back to you with a quote and list of things to change, it means that the watch is not a fake. They know what to look out for, so no worries. It's just like how you 'save' on Rolex servicing.
very good. any ideal how long it take ? hrs or days to check if servicing is necessary?
