    Hey folks!

Between the Lange 1815(sub dial at 6 o'clock position model) and Patek Aquanaut, which would you choose?

Personal choice. Prefer some models of Lange or PP, but for the 2 you listed, would go for Aquanaut.

I have always a soft spot for Lange cos it's not mainstream like PP or AP. And most Ah Bengs dont know this brand!

Personal choice will be the PP 5167A as I like watches which has more versatility. ( ie sports and dress watch type)

Lange 1815 more dressy, aquanaut more sporty. I would go for 1815

Totally agreed, especially the last part of your quote ................

As for me, Lange isn't a watch, it's a piece of art.

wristshots to help u decide too......

If u have not owned a Patek yet, maybe u should get it first...
but definitely the 1815 has more of the "classic" gentlemen's watch feel as compared to the Aquanaut.

                            Thanks folks,

I am only looking at watches with arabic numerals so the Calatrava is out. Reason why I like the 1815 is because the dial has more details than conventional dress watches. That to me, looks more sporty than dress. Have not seen it in person though. At the moment, it seems like the Aquanaut suits my life style better.
