    Who provides the better customer service? Patek or Lange? Any owners can share their servicing stories?

    Personally enjoyed Patek(GMT Singapore) and AP Singapore Aftersale service.

    Very professional and well-mannered staffs in all aspect. Can't say the same for RSC Singapore though.

    No comment for Lange(Swatch), yet to service my Lange 1

      Yes, my experience with Patek service center is very positive.
      They make me feel valued as a customer.

      No idea with Lange's.

      Rolex.... Really should do some learning journey on customer service.
      I Like the watch , but can improve on after sales service.
      Wonder if they care too.

              Lange is under Richemont rather than Swatch.
