I think it isn't an issue of how long you wind your watch. Typically for a Rolex, about 40 turns of the watch's crown should keep it fully wound. When its fully wound up, it should have a power reserve of about 40 to 45 hours when left stationary. Though you cannot overwind a Rolex watch as I think it has a mechanism in it that prevent this, I seriously think 15 minutes of winding is way overboard and my view is that it would just be sufficient to gave it 40 turns or so to keep it powered up. This applies only to the modern rolexes and not vintage models (as I understand you had also posed a question regarding a vinatge model in another post here) since your question was too vague to discern which it was refering to.

Yes...40 turns should be able to fully wound the watch.

Maybe you should specify which model? For contemporary / sports automatic rolexes, as posted by the bros above, 40 turns or so makes it fully wound. If you have a vintage manual winding model, don't do a 40 turns, it'll snap the spring.

Sori, I mean 15 nos of turns.Watch rolex oyster datejust 68273.Cos my watch last only 14hrs after 15turns, just wonder if it need servicing

when I called RSC a few weeks back, they said to get max no. of power reserve you typically have to wear it for at least 2 straight days i.e. 18 hours of non-stop wear.
