anyway, how does one become a watch repair person in Rolex Center? Do they need to have a degree in some watch repair stuffs from Switzerland?

trainee buy their own tools.
celling is 4k+
but quite a lot of perks and bonus
the older gen has pension scheme

you dun need a degree, I think any diploma will do..but it is really only 1500 for trainee??? What other benefits they having...interested leh...

True,if they don't give them good perks,they won't stay in that company for long. Those ppl are like once you are there...chances are you stay for a damn long time

As long as you have a interest...starting pay low it's not a problem. As you become more experienced the pay gets higher.

All right, for trainees, your basic will be S$800, plus S$250 allowance... AWS 14 month confirm. After 3 months confirmation, add S$200. Last year bonus was 4.5 months. Any takers???
